By accessing or using Crudly ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Crudly provides an AI-powered platform for generating Laravel code, CRUD modules, database schemas, and related development tools. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including browsers, registered users, and subscribers.

Crudly is an AI-powered code generation platform that helps developers build Laravel applications faster by:

• Generating Laravel CRUD modules, controllers, models, migrations, and related code
• Creating database schemas and relationships using visual tools
• Building role-based access control systems and permissions
• Generating form fields, validations, and backend features
• Providing starter kits with pre-built authentication, dashboards, and common features
• Offering CLI tools for code generation
• Providing AI-powered code generation based on natural language descriptions

To access certain features of Crudly, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all code, Laravel projects, modules, database schemas, and related files generated using Crudly. The generated code is yours to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize as you see fit, subject to any applicable open-source licenses that may be included in the generated code.

Crudly claims no ownership rights to your generated code or projects. You are free to use the generated code in any manner, including commercial projects, without attribution to Crudly.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Crudly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal development purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Crudly platform itself
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

You are solely responsible for all prompts, descriptions, specifications, and other content you provide to Crudly ("User Inputs"). You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to provide such User Inputs
• Your User Inputs do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your User Inputs do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Your User Inputs comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Crudly may use your User Inputs to provide the code generation service and to improve our AI models and platform functionality. We do not share your User Inputs with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use Crudly to:

• Generate code that violates any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Create malicious software, viruses, or code designed to harm systems or users
• Generate code that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Crudly's systems or other users' accounts
• Overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that could damage Crudly's reputation or interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any entity

Crudly strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice
• Impose limits on usage to ensure fair access for all users
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Important: Code generated by Crudly's AI is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before use
• Ensuring generated code meets your requirements and quality standards
• Fixing any bugs, vulnerabilities, or issues in generated code
• Ensuring generated code complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Implementing appropriate security measures for your applications

Crudly does not guarantee that generated code is bug-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use generated code at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crudly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or generated code.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crudly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service or generated code
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Inputs or content

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your generated code within 30 days of termination. After that period, we may delete your account data and generated projects.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of Crudly after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable under local law.
